Consent to SMS notifications

Article 40 (Terms of use and privacy notice for the SMS program)

① Subscribing to the SMS program and consenting to receive messages
Where a user consents to ATOVIA's SMS program terms of use and privacy notice, they will receive text messages (SMS) on the following terms.

ATOVIA may send delivery status details and shipment status alerts to mobile devices.
Where a user sends ATOVIA an SMS request, they are deemed to have consented to ATOVIA's SMS program terms of use and privacy notice.
Users must confirm that they are entitled to receive messages at the phone number they provided, or the number from which they sent the SMS request.
Message frequency may vary with circumstances, and standard message and data charges may apply.
The SMS service may be restricted in some regions, and some mobile devices and handsets may not be supported.
Neither ATOVIA nor the mobile carrier is liable for delays or failures in delivering messages.

② Support for, and cancelling, the SMS program
If you cancel or block your subscription to ATOVIA email alerts and text messages, the benefits of that subscription end.
For further support, contact our customer service centre or the official online support centre.
