Consent to email notifications
Article 41 (Terms of use and privacy notice for the email and SMS alert service)
① Subscribing to email and SMS alerts and consenting to receive messages
Where a user consents to ATOVIA's terms of use and privacy notice for the email and SMS alert service, they will receive emails and text messages on the following terms.
ATOVIA may send delivery status details and shipment status alerts by email and to mobile devices.
Where a user sends ATOVIA an email or SMS request, they are deemed to have consented to the relevant terms of use and privacy notice.
Users must confirm that they are entitled to receive such messages at the email address and phone number they have provided.
The frequency of emails and messages may vary with circumstances, and standard email and data charges may apply.
The email and SMS services may be restricted in some regions, and some mobile devices and handsets may not be supported.
Neither ATOVIA nor the mobile carrier is liable for delays or failures in delivering emails and messages.
② Support for, and cancelling, the email and SMS alert service
If you cancel or block your subscription to ATOVIA email alerts and text messages, the benefits of that subscription end.
For further support, contact our customer service centre or the official online support centre.
